I had serious issues with Anthem Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Plan. Suffice it to say that they retroactively denied my claims for diabetic supplies from 2020!!. Their claim was I was NOT insured by them when in fact I was. I received numerous Explanation of Benefits from them that year and had an insurance card to prove it. When I filed a grievance, they cam back saying they processed your claims per Medicare guidelines. It is their way of saying we are not going to pay and there is nothing more for you to do. In frustration, I contacted aJust Solutions and spoke with nMr. Peter Watkins and Mr. Mo Rossa. Mr. Rossa did a great job and had my issues resolved completely to my satisfaction. NO, I did not have to pay the provider anything. The price of working with aJust Solutions is completely worth it. If you are in need of solid assistance with a denied Medical claim against Blue Shield of California, then go with ajust Solutions.

I had an emergency Medical procedure out of state and Blue Shield denied the claim. They refused to pay the out of state hospital and the Out of state Doctors, stating my emergency medical procedure was not an emergency. The claim was more than 15k.
